The impact of a pandemic on our mental health remains to be seen. While some seem to be thriving, others are hiding the pressures on their daily lives. No matter what the impact, the level of uncertainty and change has challenged everyone.

Working from home under these circumstances require close attention to mental health. It’s not enough to be productive and effective. This kind of self-care requires a proactive and strategic approach.
